Thanks for your interest in volunteering at this year's conference! We are seeking volunteers to assist with both virtual and in-person programming. Please complete this form so we have your contact information and preferences. We'll follow up soon with next steps and instructions for signing up for shifts. Please note that shifts are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
As a thank you for volunteering your time, we’re offering the following perks:
Discounts-
- Virtual, 2 hours volunteered = 50% off Virtual Only registration fees
- In-Person, 4 hours volunteered = 25% off Virtual + In-Person registration fees*
- In-Person, 8 hours volunteered = 50% off Virtual + In-Person registration fees*
- In-Person, 12 hours volunteered = 100% off Virtual + In-Person registration fees*
- In-Person Students, 4 hours volunteered = 50% off Student registration fees*
- In-Person Students, 8 hours volunteered = 100% off Student registration fees*
*Discount is not valid for "Virtual + Single Day" registration fees
Shift-Specific Perks-
- In-Person, Evening Event Volunteers receive free access to the shifts they cover
- In-Person, Off-Site Workshop & Tour Volunteers receive free access to the shifts they cover
- In-Person, Photography Ambassadors receive free "press access" to the conference (100% off Virtual + In-Person registration fees*) by providing at least 2 photos for each session, workshop, and tour attended on both Thursday and Friday
Other Perks-
- Access to the staff and volunteer lounge between shifts at the conference venue
- A free “Proud Museum Person” t-shirt that we encourage you to wear during your shift(s)
If you plan to volunteer, please register for the conference to reserve your space at evening events and workshops. At the payment section, select "CHECK" as your method of payment. Once your volunteer hours are confirmed, we will follow up regarding your final payment amount.
